Profile and decide if we are able to best meet your
transcription needs and requests. When an account is created with us
you can provide samples for each kind of report you require or we
can create a report format at no extra charge. Physicians can
update their layouts anytime.

STEP 1:
You dictate via handheld
digital device.
STEP
2:
You upload your dictation to our
secure server using your unique username and password. This can
be done at your convenience and from any location with internet
access. Your audio files are protected via 128-bit
encryption while uploading.
STEP
3:
We transcribe your dictation
within 24-36 hours. You have instant secure access to the report
via a standard web browser. The completed transcription can be
downloaded, viewed, edited/revised and/or printed at your
convenience.
